Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including customer service, sales, and inventory management
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor and analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and market competition to make informed business decisions
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash register transactions
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or restaurant management is highly preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in interviewing, hiring, and training employees
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and ability to manage financial transactions accurately
- Familiarity with food production, catering, culinary, or kitchen operations is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure
